About Me

Hello, it’s Emma.

Thank-you for taking the time to visit or maybe even finding my site on what I have experienced learning about Postpartum Depression and the available treatments.

After giving birth, it was surprisingly hard for me to cope with everything that such a  special moment in a women’s life brings.

Although, I always tell myself that I went through a mild postpartum depression and anxiety but the truth is that I was probably very fortunate to act on these negative feelings that I was having by dealing with them immediately.

Thanks to the support of my family, especially my sister, I made a decision to tackle these issues head on not only for me but at the time for my beautiful daughter and always so supportive husband Tyler.

It was my sister that pointed me to this on line course, which a friend of hers recommended, since it was from a mother that had gone through a very severe postpartum depression and what she did to treat and cure her horrible situation.

Thanks to her help and guidance I made it and you can to.
